I had one small project left this week before relaxing for the Holiday’s. I had the opportunity to covertly photograph Eric as he proposed to Amy at the Zilker Tree of Lights. First off, I was a little nervous because there were SO MANY PEOPLE THERE. Holy moly, I am from this city and I have never in my life seen so many people at the Zilker Tree/Trail of Lights. While trying to get there I had to have my husband pull over on the access road of Mopac so I could jump out of the car and make it to the tree on time. It was intense, but well worth it. My heart was pounding as I waited for the couple, and then I snuck up behind them and photographed the beautiful moment as it unfolded. Lovely. It was heart felt (I shed a tear or two), sweet, romantic, and just tons of fun. I loved being part of the engagement and I hope to do some more covert proposal photography in the future. What a great way to kick off Christmas. Love all around! Merry Christmas to all celebrating! Here is a fun shot from the big proposal! Congrats Amy and Eric!
